Boys Basketball Coach Selected for Laramie High School
LARAMIE, Wyo. (6/13/22) – Mr. Drew Evans of Henderson, Nevada, has been named Laramie High School's new Head Boys Basketball Coach.
Athletics Director Ronald Wagner stated, "It is with excitement that we announce the hiring of Mr. Drew Evans as the next Head Boys Basketball Coach at Laramie High School, pending school board approval. We are excited to see what Coach Evans and his staff will be able to do for the present and future of Plainsmen Basketball."
Coach Evans' vast basketball knowledge and ability to connect with student-athletes will be a boon to the LHS boys' basketball program. He has already been with LHS Boys Basketball staff for two years. But, he also brings his experience from his time in Glenrock, Wyoming, and as an assistant varsity and junior varsity coach at a 5A school in Henderson, Nevada. He is committed to growing the young men in the program as athletes and young men.
